this is a nice inspirational piece as we are about to list a portion of our beach home on Airbnb, and ZEN is a wonderful word to sum up the sense that we want to portray with our screened porch, hammock, kayaks for the asking, breakfast and two rooms, 2 baths, etc., and people are loving Airbnb, I had never heard of it! The beach is 3 blocks away, literally I can hear the waves and the whistle buoy even from the south end a mile down in the inlet when the wind is n/w! So your idea is actually a similar thing, people are doing it and look it up~ the visitor takes care of themselves unless they want contact with you, we live here 90% of the time, and they even love that part. Beats the prices on beach front, by a long shot, and a nice quiet area to go home to. Namaste'
