Outdoor Living: Front yard is on a hill ,rain drives everything to the bottom ,so its more of dirt than grass.What should i do to keep

grass thicker and still looking for answer to get rid of my nice green weeds.

    Its bermuda grass hill is maybe 15 degrees ,all grass ,always sunny approx. 90 ft from flat ...»
