I have a large garden and cook with fresh herb a lot so going for a green kitchen was almost a no brainer for me.

I wanted a french country vibe.

    My favorite thing about my kitchen is the ceiling. I painted a checkerboard pattern!

    That is really cool, by keeping the rest of the kitchen a bit makes the ceiling an unexpected focal point. I love it.
