We had a beautiful PVC bird which we bought at an art show in Miami and had on our dock in the Florida Keys. We have wanted to buy more for our grounds but have no contact information for the artist. Unfortunately the bird was destroyed in the hurricane last week and we do not have any record of the name or location of the artist or anyone else who makes similar birds. Can you help us find a source for these birds? Byron Ford

Debra I can't take credit for the birds themselves. I bought them from a small roadside store on the way through Virginia. I found the driftwood and mounted them on their and added the mosses and shells from our own beaches up near Assateague in MD. They are made out of PVC. I have since seen them at several big craft shows, one being Springfest at Ocean City Md. Try looking online and etsey under PVC cranes.
