Wayfair Mirror Makeover #DIYChallenge

The piece that I started with for this challenge, the Stratford Wall Mirror with Shelf, from Wayfair.com, was already a beauty. Great lines, very well built, and so clean and pretty. But, we have light grey walls in the bedroom, and needed something darker to stand out against them.
So - since a hot trend this Spring is Black & White, I set out to do a little makeover on it! I used paint, some ribbon and trims, and a set of vinyl letters. It was cheap, simple, and I'm in love with the results.

This is what I started with - a beautiful white mirror, like a blank canvas to work with.
Here is my new mirror - perfect in our Master Bedroom.
And check out a close up of the pop of pattern that I added - ribbon trim on the side. Super fun.
