Where can I find a indoor awning frame for a window in a bistro kitchen?

There was one made for the inside windows of a restaurant on Food Network earlier this week on the show where they have $10,000 to make over the restaurant. They used some left over metal for the awning and it looked like plumbing pipes for the frame.
