William, do a search here on Hometalk, the search bar is at the top most of the page. Look for carpenter in your area you may find a good artisan or a handyman who could build this for you.

Is it interior or exterior? The method of joinery that link above uses would not hold up outside.

William, A carpenter can easily replicate a design that fits with your taste and specific measurement requirements. The site you mentioned quoted Tall gates up to 42" range in cost from $124 to $167. That's a pretty good price for something that simply needs to be installed. Having something custom built, stained/painted and then installed for you would be significantly more costly.
