Acrylic & Gold Jewelry Organizer

This cool jewelry organizer features an acrylic frame and gold accents.
It is another one of our mother-daughter collaborations where my hip teenage daughter came to me with an idea and figured out how to make her vision come to life.
I loved the simplistic idea of using an acrylic frame, but needed to find a way to hide the inner workings while still holding true to her minimalistic design.
Here is a closer look.
Using basic pieces and parts found at any hardware store and painting some of them a bright gold was all that was needed.
See? I told you. SImple supplies and a few tools are all that is needed. Hardware store for the win!
For the complete step by step tutorial, visit me at my blog, Paper Daisy Design. Oh, and if you purchase your frame on sale, you can make your own for about $25.

Great! It’s interesting that those acrylic frames, that used to be so easy to find are not in stores. I have a link in my blog post to some online sources.
