Painting Furniture the Easy Way.

Easy
Painting this dresser was so easy. I accomplished this furniture makeover in two evenings after working a full day at the accounting job. Check it out!
Before!
I started by removing the hardware, sanding very lightly and then wiping the dresser down with TSP substitute. Two coats of Fusion's Inglenook later, and that dark stain was covered up!
I replaced the former wood knobs with some pretty vintage glass knobs that I already had on hand.
I sanded the edges lightly by hand to give the dresser a natural distressed look.
Not a bad transformation for two evenings of work.

Where can I find Fusion paints? Are they a chalk paint and what kind a luster does it have after drying? I hope you can help. This is a very beautiful color, I agree.

Linda, I appreciated your having answered one of my questions about Fusion paints but I still need to know where to buy them? Online, Lowe's, Home Depot? Or are they only available to the trade? Thanks again Chris
