Do NOT hire this contractor. He abandoned by 2nd story addition with no just cause and took thousands of dollars he did not earn. All payments to him were on time and in full. Keep looking for a qualify contractor.

Sorry to hear about this Kim. Did you pay for the work before it was completed, or even before it was started? Did you have a written/signed contract with them?
