how does beadboard/wainscoating wallpaper work?

Pauline, it goes on much like any other wallpaper. It comes pre-pasted so you just need to soak it in water for 30 seconds. The package that it comes in should have step-by-step instructions as to how to prepare and apply it.

I just used it in my kitchen on the cabinet door fronts and above the cabinets. It was very easy to use, even easier than regular paper because it is thicker. I painted it red which took multiple coats of paint and then glazed it. It held up well to all the abuse of being wet over and over.
