As seen in picture number one, we had to create a basement which later was connected to the basement of the existing
home. This project was a combination of an addition and add a level. It gave our clients very large kitchen, family room, dining room and expanded powder room on the first floor. On the second floor, we were able to add a very large master bedroom, master bath, his/her closets and dressing area. The clients gave us their wish list and we were able to deliver in approx 4 months.
