Recipe Holder Using a Pants Hanger & Vinyl Lettering

Are you tired of food splatters on your recipe cards? I found myself rewriting cards all the time, so I came up with this recipe holder using a pants hanger and vinyl lettering.
I painted the hanger white because I wanted it to match my kitchen, but you could certainly keep it the way it is.
After painting, I used my Silhouette Cameo machine to cut out the vinyl letters; What's Cooking?
I finished it off with a decor wax to seal it and added a string bow to it.
I am so happy with the result! For all the details and to see more pictures, please visit my blog!

I use mine to hold my sons art work. He loves seeing his masterpieces out.

Using hangers for a variety of purposes (besides clothing) is great. I used one to hang a Dremel Accessory poster in my craft area. I like your idea of using it in the kitchen for menus, etc.
