I would have my entire condo interior repainted.

I would cut down the wall that separates our kitchen and living room. both are small. I would use the half wall to build a hightop counter and then replace all counter tops, fix a drawer and two doors that are broken. It would be a great selling point because our kitchen isnt even a true eat in kitchen. It would make both rooms seem larger.

I would turn our plain basement into a room for my grandchildren to play. Add flooring, paint walls and exposed beam ceiling, add furniture and some fun things like foosball table and jukebox.

I would replace our cheap kitchen flooring with stone tile.
