The power of Annie Sloan chalk paint!

No priming..sanding or prep..opened the can and in two hours I was done. Sometimes less is more

Agree. Annie Sloan paints are awesome. I've wanted to paint some formica cabinetry but have read conflicting information on its application. Not sure it can be done but can't hurt to try I guess. Nice before and after... like magic~

That looks like a totally different table, every time I see a project with Annie Sloan Chalk paint I like it. Do you think it would turn out that well for me? Do you use sand paper to back sand the edges?

Of course it would look this good for you...it's the paint, not the painter!

Yes, I used sand paper to distress the edges. This paint distresses very easily..comes off in a powder. You will never look at outdated furniture pieces the same way again.

.....the paint c'est magnifique....the painter needs la vision. You have it Lee Anne. And Janet you are amazing a true inspiration.
