I'd like to plant tulips to bloom in late June/July. Container work?

I live in Wisconsin. I have them in my fridge at the moment. Is it realistic to think that I can plant them in a container and time it to have them bloom in late June/July?

I don't see see why not. Most bulbs do fine in containers. Stores sell them all the time, and what do you have to lose? I bought an amaryllis this fall and it took about 10 weeks to bloom. Your tulips shouldn't take as long. Good luck!

I'm zone 5 - I'm guessing similar to you - our tulips are mostly later blooming, and I bet they'd be easy to delay by a few weeks.

Should be possible. Look up how long it takes for them to bloom after they are planted and work backwards to get a planting date. They will take less time than normally when they are warm though. Post the results!
