May Day Flower Baskets [made from paper party hats!]

I'm turning leftover party supplies into a fresh new idea for May Day flower baskets - find your leftover gift wrap and paper party hats, and join me!
Everything used in this project is something you have on hand or can pick up cheap at the Dollar Store, and it takes just 10 minutes per basket. Now that's my kind of 'Fast, Cheap, & Easy' TM decorating! This is great for kids, too - what teacher or grandma wouldn't love receiving flowers as cute as this?
(Stay tuned - I have ANOTHER great flower basket idea coming up tomorrow!)
Sweet May Day flower baskets / cones made from leftover party supplies!
A laser-cut cupcake wrapper serves as a lovely collar - and a pilsner beer glass is the perfect shape to display the flower cone!
