My son is Star Wars mad. So we are slowly doing up his room in a Star Wars theme, appropriate for a tween boy.
Time: 1 Days Cost: $5.00 Difficulty: Easy

Initially my boy wasn't sure what he wanted and was trying to decide between Han Solo or Darth Vader. Of course good won in the end and he decided Han was by far the favourite.

The dresser started off plain white with some funky hardware which I like and decided to keep as is.

I used a projector connected to a laptop to project the image onto the drawers. This step was way easier than I thought it would be.

I quickly and lightly traced around the edges in pencil.

I painted using black acrylic paint. Two coats did the trick.

Once dry, I waxed and buffed the entire dresser. I am so impressed with how this project turned out. It was easier than I expected and so much more fun than I thought it would be.
