An old rustic ladder put back to use !
Because our kitchen is in a Tuscan~ Italian Feel with a collection of Chef People..I decided to have my husband help in taking the old ,rustic, worn , and weathered, wood ladder, (breath)..to new use! Over our breakfast nook to add a visual interest and a vinyard feel. It looks great, and I am excited to add more grape vine to the piece. Giving a fullness of overflowing grapes to create delcious wines,,(lol)...easy to put together and hang.. just too much of a Simple Pleasure!
The old wooden ladder placed center over the kitchen table, breakfast area off from the gally kitchen. Very Easy to assemble..Very self explanatory by picture view, I think!
Added more grapes today, acually..and still in process to add more vine. Steps were removed to easily place underneath the light fixture. You could add the steps back, if needed or wanted. Maybe to add other props or visual pieces.
An updated view of additional grape vines and grapes. I do not want to overload for the reason of showing more of the old wooden ladder.

I used one at my old house to hang pots and pans.

The ladder looks beautiful over your table... this is a great idea. You can change out the "floral" to match the seasons too!
