The Craft Room of My Dreams!

When we moved into our current home, I knew it was my chance to create the craft room of my dreams. We completely remodeled a room in the basement and turned it into a fun, girly, organized space for me to create.

I'll admit that tearing the room apart was scary. We ended up going down to the studs and bare cement flooring. Our home was a foreclosure and mice had gotten into this room while it sat empty, so we couldn't salvage anything.

But it ended up being a blessing in disguise because we were able to add a closet to the room. Not only does it help with storage, but it increases our home's value because this room now counts as a full bedroom.

The whole space is filled with clever and stylish storage ideas for all kinds of craft supplies.
