How can I maintain these doors to look more clean?
Looking at the door very well,some areas are clean while others look like powdered how can this be of the same colour?

Over time the oils from our skin, off of our hands, will eventually eat through just about any finish you can put on a door, which is why yours is starting to look "powdery" in some places. I would just put a coat or two of poly acrylic on all of your doors, that should protect them and make them easier to clean as well as restore the look of the finish for years to come. :)

I would clean it with Murphy's oil soap, let it dry, and then use Scott's Liquid Gold. It really renews wood surfaces.
