Wood Burned Easter Eggs

I'm beyond excited for spring this year! Little bunnies have been popping up around our house for the last couple weeks. I've been eye ballin' these wood eggs from Target for a while with no idea what to do! Then, the idea hit me one night while I laid wide awake in bed. I couldn't get to Target fast enough to purchase them and get working!
There are simple and beautiful. Also, they last forever.
I got my wood burner out and got to work. The ideas are endless and it's very therapeutic. The burner came with a couple different tips depending on what you want to create. Make sure the wood burner it nice and hot. It's easy to create shapes, dots and lines. There's also a tip used for writing.

I'm thinking crayons, gel pens, colored pencils...there are special pencils for use with wood burning :)
