Handmade 'Rustic/Primitive' Pine Cabinet Turned 'Beach Cottage Chic'..

South Shore Shabby Shack
by South Shore Shabby Shack
We found this little pine handmade cabinet with 2 full shelves. They made the top of the cabinet with sides, I guess to prevent things from rolling off. The young couple we got it from, used it for a changing table for their baby because the baby wouldn't roll off. There's another 1/2 shelf over the top that comes off of the backside... Pics will make sense of that. Hand painted with chalk p...ainted, weathered & distressed in sea/beach colors in 3 layers of paints of Cottage White, Custom light blue and a custom lavender/grey. The top/outside shelf and the doors are lavender over Cottage White. The inside is painted in cottage white and has been distressed a little bit. I then decoupaged 4 seascape/nautical scenes on the outside (front, top and both sides). This lil' rustic made cabinet can be your's for only $75.00 Contact us: http://www.facebook.com/thechippychick813 Local pick up only...

Early- to mid-20th century version. 1940-60 pine repro was popular. Along with ruffled lampshades and philodendrons. I'm rehabbing small pine things now. The knife trays are well-made and refurbish very well. I wouldn't mind having one of these dry sinks. Already have the bowl and basin and old silver clothes brush and mirror, etc. But no chamber pot for behind the door!!!! Yet.
