Toolbox Succulent Garden
Need a last minute gift idea for a busy mom? How about a succulent garden? As for me...this old rusted out toolbox is the ideal type planter. My mother would love getting this for a gift....and it's super low maintenance. I just love these old junk planters...and mostly I love how they say "I've been here a long time....and I've been well loved."
I love this idea for the busy mom. Planted up with succulents this is the idea planter for the mom that doesn't have time to water every day outside.
Succulents love the gravel around them...especially if you don't live in a hot climate like I do. Also placed in the bottom...gravel adds to the drainage.
Selecting small scale succulents you can add as many as you like/need to compose your planter to suite your taste.
