How to Paint Feather Art

Spring is around the corner! I am ready to put some nature art on my wall. How about you? It's easy to get a textural and natural look with the scraping technique. I only used 2 colors, white and gray on this feather art. I folded a 2" square of cardstock and dipped one side in white and one side in gray. Then I pulled from the center of the feather out to the edge. This gives you a really random pattern and you can keep repeating until you get just the look you want.
Feather sketch outline is on my blog. Hope you try it!
