Thrift Curio Shelf Makeover
Found this in a thrift shop for $6.99. I knew it could be something special but needed some love.
Started by painting with chalk paint. My first attempt I over did the dark wax but a new coat of paint fixed it up.
New "aquarium" now hangs over guest toilet.
Love how it turned out!

I forgot to mention I bought the fabric on Amazon and stapled it to the open back. I used white duct tape to cover raw edges in the back.
