Burlap Ruffle Wreath
Cover an inexpensive and lightweight straw wreath with strips of burlap and quilting pins.
"Ruffle" your S shaped burlap strips onto the wreath; attach with quilting pins.
Continue making the S shape and pinning.
Once complete ~ add a hanger and embellishment to finish the look.
