If you have a balcony with an ocean view that in and of itself would be the best decor! A beautiful view! Be sure to have comfortable seating and tabletop space available for drinks or snacks. Maybe add a decorative rug and a planter of flowers and some candles for evenings outside. Depending on how large your area is, add more seating etc as needed.

When I lived in a condo on the beach of Miami beach, we used plants, tropical are the best. I like using seagrass rugs, small glass votives with tea light candles. a small table with a couple of chairs and a candle on it unless you prefer a table lamp. There are so many ideas you can find on pinterest.

@No search results.farefi you could use a small theme like lighthouses or wood and rope like a dock and use bright beachy colors, comfy chairs for sure and a small table to set beverages on but please do not block the million dollar view hope this helps xx

White washed wicker. Sisal rug. Some drift wood chimes and a couple of colored glass floats. Finish with some colorful pillows and a few plants.
