What a little paint can do! My "Prague" inspired kitchen.

Two tones of yellow, some simple DIY and re-arranging makes an easy, fresh, bright, sun-shiny kitchen full of memories.
even when the sun is not on this side, the yellow walls and ceiling just bounce with light.
For pop of color I started painting the chair.
wine corks ...
"You Are My Sunshine" in czech...glued wine corks to a wreath and hung from an upside down sticky hook on inside the door.
"Bakery" in czech; the bakery we went to had one bird but I did 2 to balance it out.
The top is a painting I bought in Prague that was my inspiration and the bottom 2 are photographs I took. My great-grandmother dishes from Prague hang on the wall.

Yah - could be a little rough to stand on - not to mention killing your back too. Now me, I can trip over lint so as much as I might something like this too, I think I'd have better luck leaving it for an outside application! Be sure to post any updates w/pics!

That's right Susan, everyone wants to get a business degree. I'm not sure how that's going to work.
