Someone knows when California poppy blooms?

I planted California poppy last year after couple accidents ( my dog digging ) they still alive but no give flowers yet some one knows when they bloom??

    Maria, did you plant them last fall? They bloom in spring but I am not sure how they do in your part of the country. Poppy seeds need light to germinate, which means that you should barely cover them with soil when you plant them.

    No, i planted them last April (i guess some around ) i started them indoors cause I didn't read the directions but when they were ready I planted outside , but like i said my dogs get to them couple times leaving just barely enough to grow again they are big now but no flowers I am gonna post a picture of them , or maybe I am mistaken and its another plant...

    Here in California the wild ones have already bloomed. Probably because of the very mild winter we had. But they usually flower in Feb/March.
