How do you seal a a shower so it doesn't get extensive mold and mildew build up, even when cleaned weekly?

It is a tiled, upright shower with the seal around the bottom of the tile where it meets the base, around the doors, and around the glass. Thanks.

Clean the tiles and grout very well. Let it dry out 24 hours and then apply something like this Penetrating Grout Sealer
