Console Table

We made the top for this console table, the homeowner had the base made somewhere else. We just put the top on it. Bone white concrete top with lots of variation.

Can this be used on an outdoor table? How much support does it need?

Sheila, it can be used out side without any problem. Be a little more specific about how much support it needs and i can answer that better. Its by far the strongest concrete that can be made, there is no rebar, gravel, or metal of any kind in our mix. The mix we use is highly engineered, I have some pictures i can show you of me standing on a top we made 3/4" thick. I placed the top on two 5 gallon buckets and stood in the middle, this is far from normal concrete and it can over hang and span greater distances than normal concrete.

I have a small bistro table that is currently in pieces, so I'm not sure of the finished tabletop size, round, probably 26- 30inch diameter. I'm wondering how this compares in price to a granite remnant. The remnant is cheap until I mention I want it round.
