Susan, i just noticed the dog after you mentioned it. The funny thing is I dont remember them having a dog. I will say the pictures do not do the bathroom justice, it is a very well designed bathroom. The homeowners wife did all the designing herself and she did a very good job. Their whole house was very clean and well thought out.

KMS - Another DUH here!! I think because the faucets & handles are reflected in the mirror as well as apparently mounted/installed/placed (?) whichever is the correct term directly on the mirror it creates a trompe l' oeil effect. Can't believe I didn't SEE that!!! Pretty neat but I'll bet there would be water splashes all the time on that mirror - at least in my house!
