Good point....we started adding this to our quarterly home maintenance program. Filters should really be changed monthly...but if we catch it quarterly that's a step in the right direction! -
Quarterly? I wish we could wait that long but we have to change ours once a month. We believe this will change once the old drafty windows are replaced. -
We had to come up with something for our clients to catch all of the little things that turn into big repairs. It's $80 a visit with a $50 credit towards work to be performed. It costs clients $120 a year but is money well spent and a win-win for all involved. I've seen homes where the filters weren't changed in years....nasty! -
I have mine calendared for reminders. I also use a magic marker to write the date I put in a new filter on the side of the filter. -
I have to change mine monthly, because I have the litter box in there and its dust, plus the washer-dryer and its lint etc. -
Yup! We just did, make a huge difference!
