Simple Joys of Springs First Blooms #spring

I just had to share with you some pretty flower inspiration today! I share tips and chemist tricks often about growing the prettiest flowers with little effort, but today I just wanted to show some of the first blooms in my garden.
There is something so simple and comforting about those first flowers that pop up in early spring. A foreshadowing of warmer, sunny days to come!
The tulips are short lived in Texas, but they are the epitome of spring!
Hibiscus blooms are probably my favorite. Mine just start blooming this week! You can check out my hibiscus care and potting tips on the blog.
Another favorite for harsh summer climates is geraniums. These are just now coming back to life after winter too! I also have a potted geranium care guide on the blog.
After a spring trim, the roses are growing like crazy! These are another flower I love to grow and share tips for.

Feel free to see some more of my early spring garden below! I hope all you gardeners out there enjoy the first blooms of spring :)
