DIY Upholstered Styrofoam Valances
Need a really easy way to update your windows? Try these ridiculously simple valances! All you need is some styrofoam, batting, fabric, straight pins and small L brackets. 2 valances only took me about an hour. Visit my blog for more details! (Sorry there aren't more pictures here.
