None of the windows were flashed properly or caulked well. We replaced one row of siding at the rear that enabled us to reflash several windows and a door. The siding is masonite and the homeowner was told by several contractors that it all needed to be replaced with hardiplank. The siding is in pretty decent shape considering it was never caulked or painted properly. We will hand wash the house, caulk all joints & nailheads with Duron Maxflex, hand paint the bottom edges of the siding with Duration and spray out the rest of the siding. This is pretty typical of how HandyANDY preps and paints a house!
