Repurposed egg cartons
I save my egg cartons to use when deep frying. I don't know if I saw this idea somewhere or if I thought it up on my own. But it sure is handy and saves a lot of paper towels and dish washing. It is perfect for draining fried foods, seasoning them, or for making tacos, etc.
Place it anywhere or in the oven to keep warm.
Good place to season the food also.
Holds pork chops straight up so they can drain well.
Saves a lot of paper towels and cleanup time.

exactly what Linda said! But a good idea IF you knew they were 'clean'. All the eggs at my grocery come in styrofoam.

Those big egg cartons are fine, smaller cartons are plastic or foam and can't be used
