Thrift Store Farmhouse Coffee Table

I stop in our local thrift store weekly! It only takes a few minutes and sometimes I hit the jackpot! I was thrilled to find this table at Salvation Army for $12.99.
This was what it looked like at the store. I loved the grooves on top of it.
I sanded it and gave the top a coat of ebony stain. I then painted the rest of it white.
I distressed it just a little and added a glass knob.
Here it is in my living room. My little kids eat at it, play at it, no worries about it getting messed up because it was a thrifty buy... I hope you'll visit my blog at Thrift My House to see more details of the makeover.
