My Antique Dresser
I am in love with this piece! I know many people would cringe at the fact that I painted it. I don't normally do two tone, but somehow I liked the look of this!
The drawers were the only part of the dresser that had a lot of movement so I wanted them to be the focal point! So gorgeous!
I love that every drawer has a keyhole! Shame there was no key!
I love the coastal/beach look so I used a light blue/green chalk paint to brighten it up!
Inside one of the drawers is the authentic paper of when it was made and restored!

You shouldn't be afraid to paint a piece of furniture, even if it's an antique or vintage. I think as long as you love how it looks, then that piece can be admired for another 100 years! I hope I have inspired you! Have a great week!
