I like. But needs a few miner changes mainly more color. -
Color is most definitely needed to add some much needed warmth and the only rustic I see re the ceiling beams...what is with the having to climb ladders and...hate the fireplace totally....If you want to see real rustic come to NH folks -

Too white and too much modern. It needs to be one or the other. This mix isn't working. -
I like it ! Looks like alot of work and planning went into this penthouse! You've made a white canvas and if you do decide to add a spot of color, it will show nicely! -
I have an attic area an the exposed beams look is really nice here, I'm thinking of doing something on the same idea. ;)
