I've wanted a magnolia wreath for so long. It all started over a year ago when I saw Fixer Upper's Signature Magnolia Wreath. But the price tag was just too high. That darn exchange rate I tell yah! Every time I saw it plastered all over pinterest and google It made me want it even more. My heart hurt. Like, pained every time I scrolled past. Okay... so maybe not hurt, but I had to have major willpower, guys!
WHAT YOU WILL NEED FOR YOUR MAGNOLIA WREATH MAGNOLIA WREATH, FIXER UPPER

-Magnolia Leaves - Dollar Store 2.00 each Branch x 6: 12.00

-Branch Wreath - Walmart 10.99

-Hot Glue Gun & Sticks - Walmart 5.69
My daughter helped with pulling the magnolia leaves off the branches. She sat on the bed and just pulled & pulled. She thought it was a game. So lets start, shall we? You want to start gluing the bottom of the leaf onto your wreath. Do not glue the middle or the top, just the bottom. I first start off with gluing the entire leaf on, and it looked bad. So take it from me, just glue the very bottom onto the wreath. Once you're done the first row, it will look like this: ma
Don't judge k? I never said I was a crafty person. In fact. I did throw this wreath across the room at least once. haha... Luckily, you can pull the leaves off if it doesn't turn out and start over. You want to start your second row in the same direction. Please note, glue the MIDDLE of the leaf. If you do not, it wont look good. I also had to pull the leaves off this row. It's a lot of testing & trying. After your second row, you can fill in the spots where you feel the extra leaves will look good. Anndd, you're done! Go hang it & adore it!

Am going to do for Christmas but with real magnolia leaves. I am fortunate enough to have them in my woods. It won,t be last forever but will dry to a beautiful brown. Thanks for the idea
