I recently completed a dining room molding project and wanted to share my easy step-by-step process for painting the wall then cutting and installing the pieces. This is a great beginner project for someone just getting acquainted with a miter saw (like me).
Here is one of the completed walls. I installed both chair rail and picture frame molding.
Check out the post for a link to a video explaining a trick for trimming molding corners so the joints fit tightly.
