@CNDesigns--you're right, my husband does not want any wood in our house painted!! I did talk him into painting the fronts of our kitchen cabinets because I got tired of the "honey oak" finish and dark space--I'm STILL tired of it and won't stop asking him when I can paint the rest of cabinets, fireplace mantel, trim, doors, etc, etc:)
