Spring Touches in the Family Room
Spring has finally arrived here in New Hampshire, so it was time to freshen up the family room.
I like to bring bits of the outdoors into our home, to celebrate the season at hand.
Our first sign of Spring is the return of our fine feathered friends, so I incorporated some birds into my decor.
Plants are starting to bud outside, so greenery is tucked here and there.
I am not into shiny, glitzy things, but I do love worn, tarnished silver.
The coffee table got an update as well, with a little help from the grocery store! Read my blog post to see how.
I placed everyday objects throughout the shelves with an emphasis on neutral shades, natural textures and simplicity.
