Does anyone knows what is happening to my rose plant???

As can you see the plant its getting brown spots i look all ready for bugs or something in it, just seen little tiny flying bugs nothing more are those the ones causing the damage???

    Daily watering could be what is causing this. Roses typically need water twice per week. With cooler temps in spring, a good watering of 1" once per week.
