Chair update- how do I wax them?

Hi all, So a while back I posted these micro-suede or microfiber chairs and asked some questions about painting. Well I painted them this weekend and I have to say I am so very very happy with the outcome. They actually look and feel like leather just with 2 coats of acrylic paint! I did not water anything down, I straight painted.
My question is I now need to wax them, although I don't think they need it I want to protect them. Suggestions? I have the Americana Paste wax, but it's more liquid than paste and wondering about using that. Thoughts?
Thanks!
So obviously before on the left, after 1 coat on the right
After 2 coats! Amazing right??

Wow great Job...I would recommend using Scotch Guard Fabric Protectant in a spray can.

@Cindra1005 Hmm...Again I think I would test all in hidden areas and see which one looks the best.

Thanks, there aren't really any "hidden areas" to test without it being seen. I'm just gonna go with my gut I guess. Thanks!

Why not use Armour All, like you use for car tires and interior parts. I use it for the plastic parts of my XTerra, after they started fading out. It comes in a spray or I have the wipes, like baby wipes, just pull it out and wipe down.

Kiwi makes a clear shoe polish that comes in a tin. I think that would help to retain the supple feel of the leather.

Here's my 2 cents....It seems that for sealing painted upholstery the go-to is Annie Sloan's Clear wax. Not sure it would work well w/ acrylic paint?? I would check w/ someone at either a crafting store(Michael's) or Home Depot or Lowe's. Last resort a furniture maker??

I ended up buying Johnson clear wax! Loved it, was creamy and clear and worked like a charm!
