Is there some way to recycle faucets, sinks, cabinet hardware, etc

    Yes, you can take most of that stuff to Habitat for Humanity ReStore locations. I know from other Georgians on Hometalk that you have Habitat stores down there. There's also Craigslist.

    if they are in really bad shape you can take they to a scrap metal yard and they will be melted down and made into something new. you may also make a few dollars.

    In CA we have Restore (Habitat For Humanity) where you can donate and also shop for leftover building materials, furniture, windows, doors, shutters, toilets, appliances, just about anything. Sometimes components from vintage houses appear. You never know what you will find there so it is like a treasure hunt. Just last week we bought wide blade shutters to use to a sunscreens for my outdoor potted plants.

    I was going to say Restore too. Can also donate to Goodwill, or sell/give away on any of the multiple sites like Craigslist
