irritating cat

My neighbor has a cat that lives outside this year trying to plant garden im very behind schedule because. Cat is using a litter box tried chasing off dont work. She only goes to that one spot. I have to male housecats and she constantly irriatates them n neighbor will not do anything let alone feed the animal. Awe not to mention at first she would spray our front door. And cant call animal services she knows how to hide

    Have you tried sprinkling cayenne pepper and citrus rinds around your garden? Worked for me with an annoying neighborhood cat.

    You should try a motion activated water sprinkler. You can get a good one for around $60.00. I've actually seen online footage of this working on a pesky cat.
