Like Clip

A coffee table made for our son, from left over tiles. He also made a few end tables as well

He used 3 quarter plywood. Glue the tile to the wood in whatever design u like, just like u were doing a tile job but smaller. Then frame It and paint it.

    Love this idea, could you tell me what type of board did you use to install the tiles? I have a cast iron table with no top and trying to come up with an idea for a top so I can use the table in one of our gardens outside

    Some tile stores will let you put a bin in the back and will throw all the broken, mismatched tile in there. I have a huge tile collection.

    Debi M. you could use concrete backer board Durock or Hardibacker available at home imp. stores outside it would be better to use those because it will withstand loads of water and last long
